IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS FIVE STARS I WOULDThis is not my first time eating at this restaurant chain put it now maybe my last. I just spent $15.40 for 8 shreds of hot fresh cooked chicken to be thrown on top of ice cold fried rice and way overcooked vegetables that had no taste. The chicken dumplings after one bite made me sick to my stomach. It was cold in the middle and tasted foul. I am so disappointed I can't even express.On top of that there fountain soda machine don't work and the guy says they won't be fixing it. Only selling can soda. This place should be shut down before someone gets really I'll or dies.SeriouslyAll I did was pick the chicken out of it it was the only edible thing
Service is very fast. I ordered and it was ready the moment I sat down in a chair to wait. I got the beef bento and the meat was tender but really bland. Dumplings were cold. They were cheap with the portions and the rice was SO mushy. I asked for a fountain drink and was told the machine was broken.I wasn't expecting much, but was still underwhelmed, considering it was $28 for two people to eat lunch.
The first time I tried the teriyaki chicken, it was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right—I was immediately impressed. However, when I returned on Tuesday, April 2nd, the food was disappointing. I ordered three meals: teriyaki chicken, steak, and chicken and shrimp, but none of them had been marinated properly, and the meat didn’t taste fresh. I will not be returning! Both visits were for takeout.
I had hoped this restaurant would be a good dining option since I had decent experiences in the past. However, lately it has been disappointing. There was hardly any meat served with the dishes, and when I tried the shrimp tempura, it made me feel quite ill—it tasted overwhelmingly oily. I would rate this place 2 out of 5 stars.
