I just don't know what happened. This place used to be fantastic, but apparently they are riding the popularity wave and not caring about quality. I have gone 2-3 times recently. I even stood in an incredibly long line on a Sunday once. The food is just not as good as it used to be, and the people more or less don't care. It's wayyy overhyped and they definitely have drawn back on the portions compared to stuffed boxes you used to get. I stopped in the Mall today to see what new types of food places they had in the food court. I tried a sample of 2 different types of chicken from this 1 place, I think it was Thai, not sure though. Both samples tasted great! Because of the price I decided to go with this 1 instead. I got the Chicken, Shrimp, White Rice and Veggies. The workers their are fantastic employees! They know how to cook and know how to answer any questions. They even make drumming noises with thier cooking utensils; cooking or ?! I've had a string of disappointing visits recently. Several times, the staff have been reluctant to prepare food just an hour before closing. Today, being New Year's Day, I anticipated different hours. I checked the mall's website, which stated they would open at 10 AM. However, when I arrived at 12:30, no food was being prepared. There was a worker in the back, and when I inquired about the food, they casually responded, "maybe later."

I recently spent $43.29 on three dinners, and I'm confused as to why our food, including the egg rolls, was served cold. At first, I wasn't too bothered, but when I politely asked the staff to reheat our meals, they rolled their eyes and responded rudely. I'm very disappointed with the service and the lack of hospitality in handling such a straightforward request.
Walked up. No one in line. No one waiting for an order. 3 guys behind the counter. One guy was doing something and another guy was just holding a cup going back-and-forth. He said hello and I said hello back. And he kept holding that cup for the other guy not really doing anything. So I left and went to Bourbon St., Grill, where they were happy to serve me.
I ordered from this restaurant today, and the food was terrible. What a disappointment! If I could give it a rating of 0, I would. The dishes were bland, and I definitely don’t want to go back. I also ended up spending quite a bit of money.
Consistently excellent food! I always order the double teriyaki chicken. I've been coming to this restaurant since I was little, and the portion sizes are always great for the price.

Food was great, customer service is 10/10. Work are humorous and polite. It only took about 8 mins to receive my order.
