We visit Sarmiento every time that we fly over from London. The food and service is as spectacular and Andalusian as the view. It is exquisite in every way: every dish, from the mint infused croquets, the goat cheese salad, the delicious succulent prawn salad, to the beautifully tender lamb, the mouth watering roasted goat shoulder and the grilled sea bass with garlic were executed with the outmost care. All the ingredients including the olive oil and the tender vegetables were the best that the region offers and tasted incredible. Came for Hubbys birthday treat and were not disappointed. To begin with, we had trouble booking a taxi to get there they even sorted that for us ???? On arrival, you are greeted with the most stunning view followed by amazing food and wine all served by polite, friendly staff. We loved it and will most definitely be back!
the quality of the food and the environment are stunning. the ribbed 300g nebraska steak was sensational and the best taste steak I lived here in the 6 years. In the evening the time is to go as they change the colors in the sky and the village changes as the lights come gradually. the personal is excellent.
exceptional view and excellent service made by a very smiling and professional English young lady. Very loud waiter/manager, who speaks very loudly with good customers, we couldn't hear our conversation. Slow supply of food. So the service is top like the view
