Sarpino's Pizzeria Glen Ellyn

Avoid this restaurant at all costs, it is a complete scam. I attempted to place an order only to be told that I was not in their delivery zone, even though I was only 20 minutes away. They had already prepared my food and only offered a 50% discount as a "solution". This resulted in me paying $35 for a pizza that I didn't even receive. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different restaurant to order from.

Manager is horrible, called about the wings that I ordered and the taste being off. He was argumentative without even offering a resolution, telling me that what I was saying didn’t make sense at all. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. Save your money, overcharges for small amount of food anyway. Spent over $30 on a 8” pizza and 8 wings.

I decided to give Sarpinos a try today on a whim after being recommended by an employee. As someone who has worked at a pizza place for three years, I have high standards when it comes to pizza. However, Sarpinos exceeded my expectations! I was impressed with my calzone, the ingredients were top-notch. Thank you for a delicious lunch!

I am currently staying at the Westin hotel and just ordered from this restaurant. Let me tell you, I ordered a couple of pizzas and they were amazing. The taste, appearance, and staff were all fantastic. The store is clean and overall I love this pizza place. Réservez une table maintenant

they win two stars because it was fast here. order the first time from here and the last. pizza was not as good as sbarro. Sub-sandwich was just terrible. had better sandwiches of subway.

I visited this place for the first time I ordered 2 pizzas. I had a Hawaiian sourcing/pepperoni. both pizzas were very good. good price. will soon come back to try another spezialpizze!

Late delivery almost over 30 mins, missing toppings from custom pizza, didn’t get the whole order (no salad) so paid full just for half a order. Got some back but no sales tax tip.
