Bad delivery service, 21 minutes late with cold pizza. I delivered food myself and couldn't deliver cold pizza. If I had been the one who got it on the door instead of my wife, typing $10 for cold pizza. I would have tested the bottom of the box and didn't accept the pizza in their condition. Considering how expensive it is, there is no legitimate reason to accept cold, late and expensive foods. I would also have ordered Dominos (Would've not only cheaper, but HOT). Last time, I or my wife will ever look at Sarpinos in Riverwoods. The chocolate cake slice also tasted super sus. Like it tasted, but visually looked good. Lesson learned, order different everywhere. I always wear for the calzone and sandwiches that are served hot and tasty. Perfect place for lunch or dinner with a variety of meals to choose and friendly staff to serve it. 5? for me because I never had a problem after 7 years of service and order food for me and family.

Keep an eye out when you order from here! The delivery drivers will secretly tip themselves behind the customers back! Worst thing is the boss knows about it and doesn?t fire them! The boss (Marko) is very unprofessional and does not communicate well with workers!

Bad delivery. Pizza did not arrive after 20 minutes of scheduled delivery. That happened to me earlier.
