Sasaki - Réservation de table

This is the only restaurant we visit in town for sushi. Everything is consistently fresh, the rolls are inventive, and the sushi chefs are a lot of fun—overall, it's a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is quite small, so you often find yourself chatting with the people sitting next to you, but that's part of the charm. We always order the Dynamite roll along with whatever else catches our interest. It's always a good value (especially considering the quality, which is very reasonable). I absolutely love Sasaki Sushi! I would give it a 12 out of 10 and definitely recommend it!

What a fantastic discovery, just half a block off Flagler! The service here is exceptionally friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the cozy dining area is spotless. The sushi and sashimi are absolutely delicious. The owners have a long-standing tradition of running high-quality sushi restaurants throughout Central Florida, and Sasaki definitely upholds that standard. It's my go-to restaurant whenever I visit New Smyrna Beach, whether for a day trip or a long weekend. Plus, they serve an outstanding kimchi that's very authentic!

This is a fantastic little sushi place! The staff is very friendly and they really know how to whip up some delicious rolls. The Dancing Eel roll is excellent. I only deducted one star because of the service and the extra 3% fee for using a credit card. These folks are working hard to make their small business thrive in New Smyrna.

We have driven to NSB all the way from Cocoa Beach more than one time just for a sushi date at our favorite little place! Great sushi, specials with imagination and awesome owners and staff! We love it. Haven’t been back in a bit because of Covid- hope we are able to! Réservez une table maintenant

Best place I’ve been too and travel the world over. Sushi is by far my favorite and this place is the best!! Make reservations! Small joint but great service and fun conversation with the chef!

The sushi was good just as reviewers said, I love they have steamed shumi that's hard to find. I wish the atmosphere was a little better and authentic. But good personalities and food!
