The cookies are amazing, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. The wait time to place an order is excessively long, and the efficiency of preparing the orders is lacking. I found myself waiting around 10 minutes just to place my order and receive my cookies. The cashier takes your order, heads to the back to prepare it, and then repeats this process with the next customer. After a lengthy wait, I was informed that a specific cookie was unavailable and that it would take an additional 15 minutes to receive it. This establishment seems to be poorly managed. If they could address these issues, it would definitely be a 5-star experience.
The staff here is incredibly welcoming. They offer an extensive selection of flavors. We sampled the sugar cookie, monster, cheesecake, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and the warm double chocolate fresh from the oven. I’ve never enjoyed cookies as much as these, except for the ones I bake at home. The double chocolate was nearly better than my own! I was concerned it might taste like Crumbl, but fortunately, it didn’t at all! We devoured them so quickly that I didn’t even get a chance to take any photos.
Sasquatch cookies are absolutely our favorites! The oatmeal raisin and snickerdoodle flavors are must-tries. They may seem simple, but many places don't get them right. However, Sasquatch does an outstanding job! They're chewy on the inside with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. We also enjoy sampling all the seasonal flavors they offer.
I'm leaving 5 stars only because of Victoria, she is the secret! She gave us the best service ever. She is a keeper! I'm sure the cookies are good too. I haven't tried them yet, but my wife loves them.P.S. you need a phone at Red Legs. It's hard to decide where to buy.... Tried the brewery but had to go to the main shop. We were visiting on vacation and saw the name and had to go. The person who helped us was very cool and I was impressed with the whole operation. And ... THE COOKIES ARE GREAT! If I lived here, I'd be back every week. Thank you Sasquatch Cookies for a super-cool Colorado cookie experience !
This was my first time coming here and Victoria was amazing! She walked me through all the different flavors they had available and totally sold us on the seasonal cookie flavors too! She was so nice and I definitely will be coming back. Amazing customer service Victoria, great job!
