Sassafras Southern Bistro

I ordered a salad with my meal that never arrived. I watched the server write it down but upon questioning her about it when our entrees finally showed (which I had to ask her to check on) she indicated she had failed to put it in the system. Restaurant was busy but it felt like our server wasn’t very organized. We’ve eaten here numerous times and always good…this time was a little off the norm.

The meal and service was excellent. I really enjoyed the Pimento Cheese Fondue and homemade chips appetizer. I had a very nice time reconnecting with some childhood friends. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The fall weather was also perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

Food was good and the waitress was very attentive, but I feel like when out i don’t want them asking to take my girlfriend’s plate while she’s still eating and sounds funny but don’t ask me for a to go water, but like I said she was trying hard.

The food was amazing. Our server was very attentive and took the time to explain the menu with it being our first time. Very nice experience for my birthday. Will definitely be back Réservez une table maintenant

It’s always a nice experience and the food is always good! Really never had a bad meal. Get the peanut butter pie for dessert!
