We're on our first trip to Colorado and this is now our favorite brewery. I know constructive criticism is very helpful, but we have nothing but praises for this establishment. The energy was very positive as soon as we walked in. The ambiance and decor are amazing. The staff were friendly and professional. The menu variety for both food and beer was spectacular! We each tried a couple of different beers without disappointment! The beer and food menus are hilarious! Don't be afraid to try the food, it's not actually squirrel meat, but deliciousness incarnate! If you are in the area, definitely stop here at least once!
This place is truly a hidden gem! Todd, Stacy, and the whole team are fantastic, and their brews are incredibly tasty with a variety of flavor combinations! You can choose from the squirrel menu for lunch, brunch, or dinner, and even add a shot of whiskey from their neighbor, Mystic Mountain Distillery (though they are separate businesses, they're in the same location). It’s a great spot to pop in for a quick bar hop!
Love the selection of beers, and especially their names and descriptions. Bonus is that they taste really amazing! Also, the food descriptions are hilarious and creative and the good we did have was delicious. The atmosphere was really great and comfortable and the service was friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back, with more friends!
We had a fantastic experience for our team, which included a 12-year-old. The cheese plate and loaded squirrel platter offered an enormous amount of food! We left feeling happy and satisfied. There’s a great selection of fun beers, and the Orenthal James IPA was my personal favorite! The atmosphere was relaxed, and it was definitely worth the trip. Réservez une table maintenant
The plates had an abundance of bacon, and the beer was fantastic—just PLATES. OF. BACON. Honestly, what more could you want? The person who named the menu items deserves an award. I've truly discovered a new favorite brewery and restaurant. The Loaded Squirrels are amazing! I just wish they were a little closer to Longmont.
This is a fantastic place with exceptional beers and tasty food! They have a wide variety of beer styles that I really appreciate. I suggest beginning with a flight to find your favorite! The food exceeded my expectations for a brewery, featuring many excellent options. You should definitely check it out!
