Walked into sauce’d was greeted and met with a friendly smile by all staff. They had good music playing. Very nice vibes .I ordered the original smash burger and fries. The burger was huge! The patty was cooked just right had just enough grease. I couldn’t make up my mind about the sauce. The bun was kind of sweet I enjoyed that. The grilled onions were nice. Now let’s get to these friessss! The fries were perfect from the seasoning to how well they were cooked I didn’t need one drop of ketchup they were perfect just the way they were. Great crust, Texas style is a mix of New York style and its own thing. Really can't find anything like it locally. There's a few other joints out of state doing the same thing. Tomato sauce had decent flavor and it's light handed on the pie by default. I tried the Bee sting and The White. My impression on quality of ingredients, poor, especially the cheese. Having said that, a place like this still has its value, especially if you want good pizza at an affordable price. Place is operated by teenagers and young adults, take that for what you will. Mistakes were made, no big deal. I give this place a 4 because the pizza is something to come back for and I believe it's catering to specific need...
The food took over an hour. The pizza was thin and burnt like a cracker and broke into little pieces. I ordered the margarita pizza since the menus specifically listed, “roma tomatoes” and instead it was tiny diced tomatoes on a few slices (big difference). The two burgers came out burnt black all around and the onion torched. Our waiter didn’t care to check-in before or after dropping off our first round of drinks and food. Several people around us had the exact same issue and disgust. Also, the reviews don’t add up to be quality received. Don’t see this place lasting long. Highly suggest the cooks and staff be re-trained. We paid out of pity and left to another competitor.
Was really excited to try this place, about a 20 minute wait for seating then about an HOUR for our first piece of food (pizza).The pizza said roma tomatoes but it was diced. The pizza itself was burnt and probably top 5 worst.The burgers…. I thought they went to kill the cow or something, I kid you not it took forever, I almost left. The burger itself was also disgusting, everything was burned. Fries were bland.The service however was decent. I sympathized as I heard them saying sorry for the wait to everyone.Oh and drinks were not right…. But least of our worries. We paid and left our food there for the most part. What a great place to eat! The Smashburger is so good and no other burger in America tops it! We also ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. The owner came to our table and ensured the order was how we liked it. The customer service was amazing. We forgot to take a picture of the hot wings but they were great! Recommend ordering them extra crispy if you like a tender and crunch. The hot wings weren’t too hot but had a nice kick. Texas Style Crust?!?! This pizza was so good, and I can?t wait to go back! We got a Texas Style Crust pizza, which is basically a New York style pizza, but they fold the crust over and out garlic butter on it. The taste is great, the crust was great, the pepperonis were just perfect. The service was also good. Did I mention I can?t wait to go back?
