My overall rating for Sauer's is an A. I have no idea what kind of magic they use in their bakery, but pretty much everything at this local gem is incredible. I highly recommend visiting on a Friday or Saturday morning, and make sure to arrive early before they sell out— their apple fritters are absolutely fantastic. In the fall, they offer apple pastries, and for special occasions, they create holiday-themed treats. The staff is always cheerful and helpful, no matter how early you arrive. As we prepare to move out of state this year, Sauer's Bakery will definitely be one of the places we miss the most. Highly recommended!
I'm visiting this bakery for the second time. And I had an excellent impression. My coffee was made perfect and bought a family size cinnamon Danish for a friend's birthday. She said it was delicious.. Was a perfect gift for these rainy days. I had the pleasure of meeting an owner, Rachel. She was very kind and patient to explain to me about Dessert's selection. She told me how the family business started with her parents a few years ago. Promise more details next time. Almost at the time of closing?. I recently visited on a Saturday morning at 10 a.m. and found a fantastic selection of coffee cakes and other treats. The place wasn't crowded, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I ordered a cherry pastry and a pancake, both of which received rave reviews from everyone who tried them. They were super fresh and delicious—definitely some of the best cakes I've ever had!
Ordered a blueberry cake for my mother-in-law's birthday as it is her favorite dessert and this cake was one of the best we have ever tried. We picked it up on Saturday at 9:00 and the bakery had a line to the door. My advice. Order in advance or arrive at 6:00 to get your goodies. They sell themselves fast.

My husband and I discovered this place a few years ago, and we absolutely love it! Their bakery is fantastic, and their Paczki are the best we've ever had. The servers are incredibly friendly, too!
