Sauvage - Réservation de table

We came to Tapas on a Saturday night with our family (2 adults, 3 teenagers and a pre schooler). Our reservation was for 7pm. Even though we arrived a little bit early, they were able to get us seated quickly. We started the evening with the plato mixto. It was a great decision because everyone at the table, including our 4 year old, devoured every morsel. It was a great start to what would be a memorable night. We had all the tostados on the menu. The salmon tartare was the favorite of the four. Next up was the caesar ensalada. This lovely little restaurant was recommended to me by a couple of friends and you better believe I will keep spreading the news. If you’re looking for some delectable food, and some serious GAS (good Sangria), then this is the place for you. It was very quaint, and a perfect place for a hot date when you’re hoping to get lucky. They had a dish with some sliced mushrooms and some gravy over top of garlic bread.. it was tremendous! I can't say enough about the flavours of wild Canada foraged by Tracy Little. Ingredients not tamed, but flourishing with flavours that were until now rarely presented. The combinations are sheer artistry. A very special experience. From cocktails to the final bite of sweetness, a unique dining experience.

We had an excellent meal at Savage. Every course exquisite beautifully prepared and presented, and delicious! It was our first time there but we hope to return if we are back in Canmore. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a special dining experience. Réservez une table maintenant

Absolutely amazing dinner last night at Savauge. The flavours , the presentation and the explanations from our server were bar none. Extremely proud of Kate, our chef who prepared all the Hunter meat dishes, delicious. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

All of the sauces and flavors here were fantastic! This is the best steak tartar I've ever had, and the sticky duck sauce blew my mind. If you stay for dessert get the peanut butter mousse.

We had a 6 course menu with wine pairing. The crab was salty and with shells in it and the elk was dry. The wine pairing and bread was our favorite part of the meal.

Amazing place. We always come here when in Canmore and are never disappointed. It's an experience. Highly recommend!
