Sauvage - Réserver une table

Loved it!! So creative and really tasted great. The stories that accompanied the food were great, lots of interesting stuff going on. There were only 3 tables (when we ate, some had already left), the wait staff mixed up our orders a couple of times. Thought that would be hard to do with a prix fare menu and 3 tables, but that was the only complaint. Need to up the wine list a bit. Overall a great experience, will recommend and will return.

I can't say enough about the flavours of wild Canada foraged by Tracy Little. Ingredients not tamed, but flourishing with flavours that were until now rarely presented. The combinations are sheer artistry. A very special experience. From cocktails to the final bite of sweetness, a unique dining experience.

The preset menu and wine pairings were perfectly matched and their ability to accommodate both gluten free and dairy free options was easy with no feelings of missing out. Service and ambiance was what you would expect for the price point. Definitely worth it for the experience!

We had an excellent meal at Savage. Every course exquisite beautifully prepared and presented, and delicious! It was our first time there but we hope to return if we are back in Canmore. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a special dining experience.

Absolutely amazing dinner last night at Savauge. The flavours , the presentation and the explanations from our server were bar none. Extremely proud of Kate, our chef who prepared all the Hunter meat dishes, delicious. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

We did the 5 course tasting menu. The dishes were unique and creative. We were quite full despite the dishes looking quite small in size. The wine pairings were excellent. This place is a gem!

We had a 6 course menu with wine pairing. The crab was salty and with shells in it and the elk was dry. The wine pairing and bread was our favorite part of the meal.

Sauvage was excellent in every way. The ambiance, the service, the food and wine...truly romantic and beautifully executed. We had an amazing evening thank you!

Amazing place. We always come here when in Canmore and are never disappointed. It's an experience. Highly recommend!
