WOW! WOW! If I could give this place 10 STARS, I would. This is a blooming BLACK OWNED BUSINESS in Linden, NJ! The atmosphere is at home; so welcoming, so kind. Live music, service, host, FOOOOOOOD!!!! I don't know where to start. I felt I was back in a Georgian house. Hospitality combined with food and music... I was speechless. I'll travel by foot from NY to eat here again! And the boss! Thank you. From the juicy corn bread, the greenest of the green Collard Greens, the amazingly moist salmon and your a kind of service! It was great to meet you! Everything was so good! This hidden gem is located right on the NJT, a 40-minute drive from NYC! And worth every penny, minute and step! $6 Happy Hour Drinks 2 for $20 Food Specials! Great food! Great prices! Great atmosphere!

Two times a week in this restaurant! Tell you that this food is excellent first we went, we both had the crushed chicken. I had macaroni and cheese and green collars. He had the potato salad and macaroni and cheese. It was so good that we came back! Next time I had fried chicken with macaroni and cheese and potato salad. He had shrimps and fish with macaroni and cheese and potato salad. The atmosphere is very romantic and picturesque. In any case, someone would suggest to come here if they were looking for some good Southern food

You have a great dinner Special 2/20! That was delicious. The maize bread was also amazing! It was a warm atmosphere and the music was not too loud but enjoyable! Will definitely try again, more from the menu!

Meatloaf, oxen, yellow rice, Mac cheese and topped green omg from this world. Definitely back.
