Wish I could give 3 1/2 stars. It was decent. The rolls were good, and the tempura was light and tasty. There were a few vegan options. I was told that the tempura batter was free of egg and dairy. We ordered the fried tofu, and when they brought it out, there were flakes of fish on top of it. We were starving and desperate and there’s not much else in the area so I don’t regret it but I don’t think I’ll be going back.
The food at Saya Sushi is always amazing. It truly is a hidden gem and offers the best food in the area. The Katsu Don may seem simple, but it is bursting with flavor. My boyfriend can't get enough of the Katsu Curry, it's the best he's ever had. And of course, the Chicken Yaki Soba and Edamame are must-tries as well.
This place is fantastic! Every time I visit with my boyfriend, we absolutely love the food. Tonight, they took my order right before closing and were incredibly kind about it. It’s a lovely family-owned shop that I highly recommend! I often dine in and also get takeout.
It was all very delicious! Shoyu Ramen was flavorful, the pork was done perfectly there was plenty of it! The Gyoza(6pcs) was crunchy and well seasoned. But the winner was the Samurai Roll (8 Pcs), spicy, sweet, hot... perfect! Réservez une table maintenant
while not a huge fan of the Las Las Vegas Roll it was cooked superbly. And the Spicy Ramen was right up my alley. cant really knock them for anything especially since its probably 2x better in store.
I ordered 2 orders of the spring rolls which were delicious, and the vegetable yaki soba which at first glance is a simple dish, but yet exploded with flavor!
Sweet potato rolls are not vegan they are fried with tempura batter I was bummed to find this and cucumber rolls were eh… spring rolls were tasty though
My husband really enjoyed the Avocado Tempura and found it to be delicious! The rest of the meal was also exceptional and lived up to our expectations. Réservez une table maintenant

"Fantastic place for breakfast. Easily a dozen choices of omelettes. Also at least a dozen breakfast choices like corned beef and hash, french toast, an italian sausage breakfast, and pork chop and eggs. I had the spinach and feta cheese omelette;filling and perfectly done (not runny nor burnt). They even have an omelette with steak. Great service; hard working friendlypeople."
