SB Prime - Réservation de table

I went with two of my friends for a Friday night out. I had always wanted to try this place and let me tell you, it was worth the wait! From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. The hostess even offered to hang up my coat, which is rare these days. Our server was amazing, even though she mentioned she had only been working there for a few weeks. The food was top-notch, from the oysters to the steak frites – there is something for everyone on the menu. The drinks were tasty and well-balanced, and the atmosphere was just perfect. We will definitely be returning!

We booked for our first time at Prime for a special occasion, and they really delivered! The drinks were great, the Big Eye tuna sashimi and the oysters were fantastic (we actually ordered a second plate of the sashimi), and the miso black cod and the lamb chops were sublime. There was one small hiccup, but the staff and management jumped on it immediately, and left us feeling we’d just received the best customer service ever!! A great spot, with outstanding food and drinks. Don’t hesitate to try it. We’ll be back!

Interesting… quite noisy initially, as the main dining room was closed. Good oysters, mediocre big eye tuna crudo to start. Black cod was good, but on the small side. The mushroom risotto was disappointing and under seasoned. We didn’t stay for desert. Better options in town for $200+ with wine.

We enjoyed a fantastic wine selection at this restaurant. The sashimi was delectable and the steak was cooked to perfection. Our server, Daytona, truly enhanced our dining experience and we look forward to returning to see her and enjoy her delicious espresso martinis. Thank you, Daytona! Réservez une table maintenant

I definitely caught them on a bad night. They forgot my appetizers, forgot my steak knife, and the sides were cold. I will try them again and adjust my Rating accordingly.

This is my new favourite restaurant in Burlington. An absolute hidden gem. Incredible food, drinks and service. Highly recommended Steak and Japanese fusion.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is fabulous, and the food is delicious. We will definitely return to try more dishes from the menu.
