Jack Astors is almost always a good time, but this is especially so with this location. Lovely staff who were really easy to get along with, a super cool vibe for a chain restaurant and incredible food. Probably some of the best saucy chicken tenders I’ve ever had, no joke.They also had little arcade machines that you could play on free of charge. This location is definitely more of a party location, so if you’re looking for a restaurant that’s quaint and quiet you’re likely gonna want to avoid this one. Went to JA, Sq1 with family for an evening. The restaurant and the staff were very good and attended to our needs as and when required. The best part of the evening was that I met with the manager “Tushaar Sharma”, he’s a gem of a person. Initially had an issue with the order but he sorted out like nobody’s business. Top notch service and great food and drinks. I’ll highly recommend this place with a underline that if you have any issues, call the manager and they’ll sort it out in no time. Have been there twice afterwards and got 5 star service. kudos to the team and keep up the good work. A sincere thanks and shout out to Tushaar, you are amazing bud. ????

Haven’t been there for a while, however, we had a good time. The food was very good, the server who also was bartending, she was great and very friendly (sadly didn’t get her name, but she was there on Thursday July 6th at around 5 pm, table 216). She was very busy and running around trying to serve people with a nice smile. We ordered the beef nachos and 2 of the chicken fingers, the food was very tasty. Overall, it was very good experience and we enjoyed.

First time came here since pandemic. Our waitress was very good. But the food was mediocre. The lobster dip was all salty cheese. I could barely taste any lobster chunk. The fish taco was ok. Nothing special. This used be a fun place and we often came here on Fridays. To be honest, a bit disappointed. Réservez une table maintenant

Went on a Saturday and they had a live DJ. Tons of tables left. We tried two fishbowls (good for two, loved it but it wasn't that strong so just keep that in mind , pan bread (must try!! and some salad bowls (decent but could have been better . Service was great!! A great place to hang out with

Sat on the patio, Troy’s service was amazing. The last few times we visited the patio, the service was lacking, so today’s service from Troy was very refreshing. Food and drinks came out super quick as well. Thank you Troy!Beef nachos 5/5Strawberry southside always 5/5

Your restaurant is way too load- could barely hear the conversation for the loud noise. Done the renovations I have no been going as much -this is not a Dave and busters

Service was great from Richard. Music was a little too loud. Chicken in my Buddha Salad was a little dry snd tough to cut.
