Scarborough Hotel - Réservation de table

We had Sunday lunch here for my dads birthday. There were 9 of us so we made a booking only to be told they had 2 sittings so we would have to leave our table by 2pm. This was a shame as the plan was for a long and relaxing Sunday afternoon but we tried to just go with it. Whilst the food was good (service was super quick) Parking was almost impossible but most annoying the people who booked the table from 230 turned up before 130 and staff basically let them hover near our table which made us feel anything but relaxed. Great venue overlooking the Pacific on a calm and sunny day! Good seats albeit they have a committed spend of $200 on the larger tables. Food was ok - I had the steak which was overdone and salad lacked any dressing. Coffee and dessert were lovely. Parking can be an issue on weekends so either train it or be prepared to walk a little. All in all a lovely experience.

After walking from the Seacliff Bridge Four Walkers were glad to wind up at the Scarborough Hotel which was busy. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, the views from the upper outside terrace and a glass of wine. The food though acceptable was no more than average while the salad order was quite disappointing. Coffees were good.

We walked the Sea Cliff Bridge and needed to go to the toilet rather urgently. They offer a sea food basket for one and my husband was happy with it. It was tbe first time tbey had prepared the dish for one. I had the salmon which was nice. Spectacular views. Réservez une table maintenant

We've been to the pub a number of times. The grass area is great for the kids and we mainly go with larger groups (don't forget to book) which the venue really suits. The food is what you'd expect, though the view is what it's all about. We will return again.

Overpriced and pretty average food. $100 lunch for a family of 4. Kids meals were $17 each which is a bit much for a 3 & 5yo. Such a shame because the location is stunning but the food is not worth it.

Not even half full on a Sunday morning and they are already completely overwhelmed, we stood at the bar at the entrance and now body even acknowledged us.

It's all about the location and views, it is unmatched. The food is okay, just don't get the burger. I would go back, nice relaxing place.

A great view but $14 for a beer it's not a good place to go with mates Shame really that they think it's Bondi
