The rainbow cookies at this bakery have an overpowering extract flavor, and are a bit firm and overly sweet. While this is just my personal opinion, it seems that most people may not agree with me. While the cookie itself resembles a Sarah Bernhardt, the filling does not. I had these cookies on an island and drove two hours to this bakery specifically for them, but was ultimately disappointed.
