first: the hospitality note 1 the service very friendly nice and really very friendly. the food really made fresh.I would like to have more points. but price/performance is not quite true. had this beetle rösti. tastefully yes, except the meat (scarved nature) in the rösti. I have to give a clear minus in the carving. carving freshly cut and knocked, but unfortunately more panade than meat. thin and unfortunately quite a lot of black put from the brazed. handful pommes and salat and this for over 14 euro already quite happy.
Swabian specialties, late zle homemade, beer garden and friendly service staff characterizes the Schäferhof. one should understand something Swabian, but of course it is not a thema, only we find the dialect perfect for the gasthof. we have been there almost 10x and have never been disappointed. belongs to the holiday in/um isny in the allgäu for us simply.Very cozy inside, beer garden outside, lovingly decorated the tables, always happy again!
in the middle of the day, there is a local farm in front of the city isny. rustic decor, dining room and next room, in summer beautiful beer garden under chestnut trees. speciality in cheese and rösti in different variants. everything is rustic, freshly prepared by the friendly wetin, inexpensive and good. Ideal as a stationary on a bike tour.

One of the best restaurants in Isny! The food is super delicious, very fresh and lovingly dressed. The service is great and the owners are incredibly nice. we were looking for an uncomplicated restaurant with good kitchen at short notice and we were surprised at the Schäferhof absolutely positiw! the name is program: traditional - original - real! very friendly staff, very good kitchen, very pleasant atmosphere!
