Very disappointing experience. Food was not good at all. Service was terrible. There were four of us at dinner and they brought the wrong salad and completely forgot one meal completely. It took over 15 mins longer to bring the forgotten meal. We will most definitely not return.
When we arrived, we noticed a sign at the entrance stating that the restaurant is not open for breakfast, but we could go to the "gather" room. We decided not to stay, feeling disappointed that we were able to make a reservation for a restaurant that wasn't even open.
The server and manager went out of their way to assure our meals were perfect. One question, why would you have staff wear name tags that aren’t theirs? Doesn’t seem like a morale booster.
Great dining experience, fantastic location, and our server was very professional. I can't remember her name, but she was wonderful and went above and beyond! Réservez une table maintenant
We had a wonderful dining experience at Public House. It was our first visit, and we celebrated my daughter's birthday there. She was really happy!
The restaurant was closed, yet you allowed me to make a reservation. I’m not sure why that was permitted.
We just tried Schaumburg Public House and happily surprised. Will dine there again soon.
