We dined here twice during our four night visit to Quedlinburg. Our meals were superb, my husband had the same tagliatelle with mushrooms and peas both nights and he’s not really a big pasta fan! I had a feta salad the first night, second time,...I tried the baked asparagus with Parmesan cheese and the ham, served with salad. Both nights, my salads were extremely fresh with just enough tasty dressing to compliment them, not overpower them. Healthy fresh meals, which I love. once again quedlinburg, a stadium tour with a daughter-in-law, all planned only the weather not, pause. so wildly shorted a locality must come. schillers, with the announcement that you need a little time, ok. drink solid for every taste, then eat what really took, ok we knew it before, bark on the spot, nudel al dente, salat fresh, there is a good hand that around, hurt that we then just had to get rid of. we were not disappointed. eating, drinking, sociality you have to experience. dogs also don't have a problem, even they'll be worried, extra point. schillers I can recommend and come back. an evening for serenity.
We went here for drinks after dinner, on a cold February night. The alcohol selection is not large, which is meant as a compliment. What there is very thoughtful and somewhat different. My wife had a stunning Spanish brandy and I drank a top-quality rum....The owner obviously takes his alcohol very seriously and gives it a lot of thought. That is how things should be. The ambiance was very warm and we spent a wonderful evening. Given the superior level of the drinks, i should imagine that the food must also be high quality.
We stopped at Schiller's for dinner and a bit surprised at the limited food menu. A very large drinks menu though. We saw tapas on the menu and 3 of choose this. What a treat. Not only generous, but also very tasty. Almond stuffed date wrapped in bacon. Great tomato and tuna dip. Amazing chicken dish. Fish and fresh olives all rounded out with great fresh bread.Thank you Sven for a very well run and tasty experience.

Best Tapas ever!! Great hospitality, a lovely location, very central. great indoors and outdoors. Always very busy. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Customer care is paramount. We went back three times and were always pleased. These fellows really care about food and serving the best. Really good value for money. Coming from New Zealand we were made very welcome!
One of the very best restaurants in Quedlinburg. I could go so far and claim that it is my favourite. The staff is friendly even when they are under total pressure. It can become very full, but in summer you can also sit in the...backyard of Schillers. If you eat there during a visit to Quedlinburg, you will enjoy it.
we sat wonderfully in the sheltered courtyard. de service was impeccable and the food selection was small but fine. we drank a dry rose (" pink pink"), delicious. price design with 6.2€/glass rather raised but for this really charming local quite appropriate.
We had a lunch here. I had a tasty pumpkin soup and my husband a chicken-mozzarella salad. We drank water. It was almost Euros which is quite a lot for us being used to Berlin prices. However it was very tasty and the atmosphere...was cozy and friendly.

friendly staff and very good pasta dishes. but they have a beer garden for too little beer. becks was the only beer they had.
