I had to wait over two hours for my prepaid order. After about 1.5 h, I had called and asked where the delivery remains. About 10 minutes after the call I received the receipt by email. The driver was there for another 30 minutes and the food was also hot. I think there's something wrong in the ordering process. Maybe it's better to get there by phone instead of online. With my experience today, I cannot recommend the service. Maybe I'll try again sometime, but on the phone. If necessary, I will update this review.
