We enjoyed the New Year's Gala Dinner in the Dattler with corresponding wines and were able to start the new year with the best view of the Freiburg fireworks. The dishes were delicious, lovingly dressed and the portions were more than sufficient. A completely successful 6-course menu, without tasteful surprises. I would like to highlight the service staff particularly positively, so friendly, well-launched, professional, attentive and fast employees are rarely experienced. We had a great evening. Best restaurant Freiburg! Great service, really top-class and not so stiff. Food is perfect every time, great quality and you taste every ingredient. There is also always a seasonal map, the salad is the best I ever had, the tomatoes are peeled. Also the selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes is good. The desserts are also like a patisserie. Absolutely worth a visit! The view is also top-class, since this year there is also a rain protection outside.
My wife and I gave us an evening at the Dattler for our 25-year-old. We were there for the first time and were all excited. The kindness of the employees is really striking.
