although the staff in the restaurant and in the fireplace room is very friendly I cannot recommend the hotel. the breakfast is rich in a 4 star hotel. all newly arriving guests may wait up to exactly 15 h, then you can enter the room. more information misdisplay or only request and then not complete. safe can only be used after consultation because you save the batteries. room quite small, so you can get away. unfortunately the bathroom is muffled.Inappropriate for individual travelers! carpeted floor, hotel room should be renovated
.klipp is working. during the day and at night, the müller is always awake, klipp fold...I was reminded of this kinder song at our visit to the castle mill quedlinburg. you sit nicely outside in the green courtyard at the stream with a view of the historical lock mill and can make your coffee and cake mouth there. Unfortunately, our visit to the service was not very attentive/to zack, although not a lot of public transport was. the menu sounds very tempting overall, but we did not try.
My sister and I had dinner here on a Monday evening. Most places were closed, so we decided to check the Best Western restaurant and it was open. The restaurant is elegant and the staff were very friendly. I had a vegetarian entrée, the pasta...arrabiata. It was delicious and the serving was large. I could not eat it all, so they packed the leftovers up nicely and I took them with me. I also had a local ginger ale that was quite good--I bought another bottle to enjoy later.
we were allowed to spend three nights in a suite. the room didn't miss anything, only on the arrival was the embedding not finished, which was immediately retrieved. the breakfast left no wish open, the buffet was constantly filled up even shortly before the end of the breakfast period. a look at the offer and the prices for dinner, however, let us return somewhere else.

the restaurant belonging to the hotel is centrally located at the rande of the old town and offers an alternative to the local gastronomy if you are also hotel guest. prices are reasonable and the quality accordingly. very friendly staff. The barley dishes should be avoided, as on both days of our stay the nudels were cooked. all the others were very good and tasty.
the evaluation must not be too good, otherwise it will be even harder to book a free room;)-position: optimally at the lock, short distances to the historical old city staff: courteous, attentive and friendlyroom/suite: appealing, as expected breakfast buffet: sufficient, wishing to be accepted
the food card is oriented to the various needs of de facto like cheese sausage plate, classic with regional note potato curry salad to creative cuisine.The prices are human, the dishes freshly prepared.The personal acts more refreshing, a little more offensive is still possible from my own.
if required, a 5-speed candle light dinner can be ordered in time. this is even possible in consultation with the chef chef. that was totally rewarded because the foods were tastefully excellent.

This hotel restaurant was quite busy. Most of the tables were occupied, but the service was quick and friendly. I only ate a main course, a schnitzel with baked potatoes, which was very good.
Good choice of food and great service. The continental breakfast included in the hotel booking was also very good
