The review does not refer to the actual restaurant, but to the possibility to make a picnic on Sunday in the area of the castle. A picnic basket then costs 88 € for two persons. To make it short. The ambience is really very beautiful. That's all you can say about positives. The picnic basket contains two rolls, two lubricated breads, two potatoes a small amount of sauce, six frying balls, 2 potatoes and some dessert. In addition, there is a bottle of champagne and a bottle of water per person. When you read this, it sounds much better than it is in reality. We had the feeling of having an absolute cheap breakfast. Conclusion: never again!
Super ambience, extremely good service. Even if you enter the large metal door on the very well maintained terrain, you can no longer get out of the traffic jam, an overwhelming impression when you enter the hotel room. A flair that you have in recent times, very nice reception, always staff, no matter what area of the hotel. Very nice tastefully decorated rooms, great restaurant with a well maintained selection of culinary delights, not to mention the excellent wine map. At any time we are happy to come back!
In addition to an excellent kitchen, we had great distances between the tables. That was absolutely the case. Very good kitchen without long waiting. Careful and competent service. The bar seemed to be renovated, but smoking is no longer possible there. It's just going over in front of the entrance. Okay, it's acceptable. Prices are not lifted. A very beautiful house, very special atmosphere, since much was simply taken over by then and was not joined by the interior architect. I was there for an event that led to the service not running as fast as I came for normal hotel guests, but the staff was very friendly, the rooms are nice and the food very good.
