Chronology: offer with extremely inflexible check in times, exceptions only for 30% surcharge on the room price. Call to the hotel whether a different solution would be possible (with a proposal for a package to compensate for the staff use at the reception). Impolitely, at the reception we were told that we had arrived 5 minutes too early. In the room did not work a lamp and also in the bathroom was a lamp defective. Before: without Corona I would have given the fifth star, because it is a great hotel, modern, clean, very beautiful spacious rooms, and only the location at the small castle, in a small park with old trees, restaurant unfortunately also. Check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. Room was spacious and clean. Since on our arrival day was rest day (Monday) we could not eat in the restaurant (but when booking it was also pointed out).
