Schmuggler-Alm - Réserver une table

We stayed there every day after ski - apres ski, their jagger tea is very good, price - don' t forget that you are in Switzerland. There is a real fireplace inside and a lot of things that arouse nostalgia. We also try a cheese fondue for dinner. We got a romantic table in the first floor. Fondue was excellent. Price is 25 swiss francs per person, but if you order fondue for two - it is enough for 3 or even 4 person.

At the end of the ski slope nr 80 coming from ischgl, you find this lovely place. Great for lunch on the outdoor terrace in the sun. Best is Dieter, the bar tender. He recognizes us every year when we come for our 1 week skiholiday. Good dishes are the "Tiroler Groestl" or the "Winterliche Blattsalad". Honest food.

We went for dinner to Schmuggleralm. We had to wait a bit to get a table at 9 pm. I ordered a Knödel soupe, which was delicious. The Pizza was also good. The location is really cool, kind of an old heritage house. The price is high as usual in Switzerland but still feasible.

Just another low class, basic "mountain" style restaurant with unfriendly service and overpriced menu. We skipped the meals, as it didn't look appealing. Ordered some water (9chf !!!!!) and a house wine, which was undrinkable. Never again.
