Schnabel ́s restaurant. where to start? the dishes are delicious, without schischi and often influenced by Saarland influences. the portions are not too small and not too large. the processed products come from the region and there are numerous business relationships with regional producers (farmers, metzgers, hunters, cheeses, ..jürgen schnabel, a native seven-citizen sachse (so comes from Romania), is not only a wineer who likes to recommend even once weine from Moldova or Romanians, but above all a pleasantly hospitable person we always feel comfortable and have been in his restaurant for years. a visit is recommended in any case.

so far the best restaurant I visited! all staff are very friendly and accommodating. I tried a bite and told the owner that it was the best I ever had. from now on I will take away more often the longer but rewarding, after saar bridges. what convinces me most is the quality of the food. these are mostly from the region and are part of organic quality. Moreover, a great value is placed on seasonal dishes. I do not want to leave the excellent wine selection

the chef and his team work on star. they are on the right way. we had the ostermine, walks. price too low in relation to the level. the dog ass was wonderful. (quiz)
