the restaurant snails is located in the middle of the village of filderstadt and looks at the first look perhaps not like a rustic, Swabian restaurant, but at the latest when entering is the gast of a better instructed. the restaurant looks relatiw dark, but offers a very good Swabian kitchen and with its wood interior a rustic atmosphere. the food comes from good kitchen, tastes hearty good and gives a very good view of the local kitchen and the prices are also more than fair.

seasonal and regional cuisine in an old department store. Fleet and friendly service.Really class was the bark fillet with forest mushrooms and scrub noodles. there is also a good wine card. you sit in the old man. in the cellar there is a vaulted room that we fully occupied as group (20 people). groups of this size should best preorder. then the food goes fixed.

as with every visit in the room filderstadt it went back into the snails this year. good selection of regional and German oriented, tasty and good portions. low waiting time, nice service, good price-performance ratio. only the number of parking spaces in the direct environment is sometimes difficult, but in a short distance there is a parking lot.

we always like to go. especially in autumn/winter/Christmas time, the wine room is great because the cuddly ambiente fits the weather. the portions are always decent and tasteful everything is wonderfully matched to each other. we were with 4 adults and still have one of the few outside places can arise because it was too warm to sit in the inside....the outside places are closed from 21 or 22 o'clock.The eating (steak with scabbard) was very good, but the gratin could be neglected; the good German red wine offered left no headaches.

Dining with friends who guided us non-German speakers through the extensive menu. My beef in sauce with noodles and salad was very good as was the mousse to finish. There is plenty to enjoy in this local restaurant. Service was helpful and food came very quickly considering the complexity of the order.

Hands down best Swabian restaurant I've ever been to. Their 'Zwibelrostbraten' is a must try! Besides, they update their menu often with amazing seasonal fish and meat (lamb, etc.) dishes. The desserts are to die for :)

very tasty eating in cozy ambiente. the service was very accommodating and regularly asked for more. the daily dish was excellent, also the swirl roast and the Swabian tiramisu are recommended. we're coming back! Réservez une table maintenant
