I ordered and paid for a vegan schnitzel burger and ginger beer. While I was waiting for my meal and enjoying my drink, I was rudely informed that there were no vegan schnitzels available and that I would receive bubble and squeak instead. When that dish arrived, I asked why it wasn't topped with the corn crunch I had ordered and paid for. The meal was then taken away abruptly. At that point, I was too upset to wait for another meal or dispute the $12.90 that I felt I had been cheated out of. I was also concerned that the mayonnaise they served might not be vegan. Furthermore, I've since discovered that the bubble and squeak pattie they gave me likely contained dairy, as both McCain and Bird...

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food quality is outstanding, with both regular and vegan options available. The chips are absolutely divine! All the staff members were friendly and attentive. My meals were prepared exactly as I ordered them and were served in a timely manner, especially considering how excellent the schnitzel was!
The vegan options were absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. There were plenty of choices to satisfy everyone! However, the customer service could use some improvement. I really appreciated that the vegan dishes were crafted from fresh vegetables rather than processed ingredients.
