hang down the best chips in town! we ate twice at schnitz during our last Cairns trip and both of them were fantastic. the location is amazing directly near the esplanade where you can find all the actions on a Friday/Saturday night. the food and the service were also great. our meals came out quickly and were cooked to perfection. they have good mealtimes and snack options to suit everyone too reasonable trips. I had a snack wrap and small chips, while my family had the burger chips and carving chips (both were massive over the cost. will definitely be back as we cannot get enough of the carving chips! simply the best:
Beware I got food poisoning 2 days before Xmas from this restaurant and received no response from their head office and minimal care from the team leader when a called the following evening when I hadn’t had a response to my written complaint. Ruined my only day in Cairns and I was very sick. Avoid this place. I ate the vegan parmi. Nice to eat but not to bring back up! I think they stored it too long.
My partner is Omni so we always struggle to find places we both absolutely love to eat and one of us doesn’t have to settle. This place was amazing, so incredibly tasty and when I ordered the vegan option the staff member repeated my order confirming I was getting vegan cheese etc which is something I always appreciate.
this place was one of my favorites in the shorts! the personal is so beautiful and eating was absolutely amazing. That's the best thing I ever had! the portion size was perfect and my meal was only $13! could not be happy with this place anymore! wow.

the vegan carving is ok. but honestly, the ones they can get from the super market are better. the heavy is not vegan, so it is all quite dry. it is quite hot inside without air cone or fans
Vegan snitzel mixture between a mock meat and a vegie patty. Vegan cheese that melts well and nice spice if you choose thd spicy one. Nice vegan option for Meat heavy venue.
great food. they will love the salad with carving at the top. it is great that they can choose from huh, bark, pork and vegetarian option.
chips were reasonable, that was it. the vegan carving was disgusting and the salat was so scary that I requested a refund.
