Endlich wieder mal ein tolles gastronisches Highlight in Sachsen. Das Rezept scheint einfach: ein junger, engagierter und motivierter Küchenchef, ein Service, der Stolz auf dieses Restaurant ist, und dazu noch ein historisch wertvolles Haus (1746?) liebevoll und mit hohem persönlichen und finanziellen Aufwand restauriert = eine Adresse, die man sehr gerne empfehlen kann. Speisekarte wechselt alle zwei Wochen, um stets je nach der Saison frische Angebote zu haben. 3 verschieden Stuben, so dass man auch eine private Feier veranstalten könnte.
