School House Kitchen And Libations

UPDATE 7/26): because of the last trip (see below) we bellied up a couple weeks later and could have been more disappointed. So I have to take back what I said. We were back on 6/25 (4-7p) and once shift change occurred (around 5:30) we were ignored and when we asked if there was someone we could order from were met with annoyance and rudeness. The guy appeared severely put out to respond and didn 't even acknowledge our thanks . So people have bad days, but that is not necessarily on the customer. Leave your issues outside the door, cause that was enough to have us come back. Say what you will without calling me names but I miss the hot dog!! Had the French Dip instead and it was tasty. The food was good but I felt that we were an inconvenience or that we didn't hit the minimum per person dollar amount. The food was good. Went specifically for the Monte Crisco but who does blueberry jam? It's like making pb&j with mint jelly. Can you? Yes. Should you? No.

This place is mediocre. The shrimp po' boy was a sandwich. The French fries were whatever. The service was fine.
