When I was looking for a restaurant that offered the hot stone, I was pleased to find Schori's Bahnhof. I am completely impressed by the offerings and services offered by this family business. I had a great crecette cocktail, the seasonal Hischentrecôte and the pannacota with red wine orange. Everything was wonderful and the icing on the cake was the personal greeting and farewell from the boss. Gastronomy at the highest level. Bravo. If I'm in the region from Eastern Switzerland again, I'd love to come back.
We went to Schori's on a recommendation and were served in a very friendly manner and advised on the offers. Based on the boss's strong recommendation, we chose 500g of venison on a hot stone. Guys, if you're at Schori's, forget the rest of the menu!! Take this deer! Simply unforgettable! The desert rounded off the evening with the Mouse made from white Toblerone. Perfect!
