Schuetzen - Réserver une table

We had dinner here and got two burgers of different kind. The restaurant was packed and our server was nice, she was hustling ! If we didn’t get the service I don’t know what rating it would be. The view from the restaurant was very good, you are surrounded by the mountains! Our burgers were okay! Nothing outstanding but it did the works, they were expensive for the quality but that’s expected in Swiss twins which we were okay. The train station is a quick 5 min walk from here so it’s convenient location We also had the German beer which was cold and perfect temperature. A good place for a quick meal, don’t expect fine dine here. It does the works for a small town.

We were in two couple and the place, atmosphere and service was good and worth however the food was crudely prepared without care. We ordered one mixed salad, a rösti, Schnitzel and raclete, none of them prepared properly. The schnitzel was very much over done and too thick for a schnitzel. The salad was poor appearance and the rösti was very oiled and not matching with what was described in the menu.

They had a sign in German they serve food from 12:00 to 20:30, and at 15:30 the kitchen was already closed. I am living in Switzerland 8 years now, it’s usual not to serve food after 14:00, it’s very unusual to have such a misleading sign in front of a restaurant.

new owner , new style Awesome food nice location very friendly people awseome location with beautiful view on the mountains and glaciers, also a lot of beautiful waterfalls. Will be back for sure.

Cheese fondu was terrible . The burger was okay. Overall I wouldn’t go there again.overpriced and absolutely not worth it.
