Schuetzenhaus - Réservation de table

Un restaurant on ne peut mieux situé, avec une vue imprenable sur la ville de Bernkastel-Kues et ses vignobles. Nous avons été accueillis de manière très chaleureuse alors que nous sommes arrivés en plein coup de feu de midi. Enormément de monde, de nombreuses tables réservées mais nous avons tout de même été conviés à nous installer à une table réservée pour le début d'après-midi. Un point très positif quand on sait que la plupart du temps, lorsqu'une table est réservée peu importe l'heure, elle est réservée point barre. Au niveau du service, également rien à redire, des serveuses très avenantes et très souriantes, des plats servis rapidement malgré le monde présent. Concernant la propreté...

We discovered this little gem during a Google investigation of restaurants in Bernkastel . The best way to reach this place is by walking uphill for about 15/20 minutes from Markt Square by taking the first street, Karlstrasse, on the right of the old Rathaus. You can get there by car, but the way is somewhat convoluted and the road is very narrow. The restaurant is situated high above the valley and from there one can enjoy a drink or a meal while looking at the spectacular view.The service was excellent and the food very good. The Bitburger drought beer was out of this world, but may be that was due to the walk….lol.What we found surprising was that the all lot was very good value for mone...

We pre-booked this restaurant for my husband's 40th birthday when we were on holiday in the area. When we first arrived we were blown away by the view! It is stunning and our table was right by the fence outside so we were happy. We ordered our food, starters and main courses but an hour went by and we still only had our drinks... we kept asking where our food was and were told it's coming. After 80mins our main courses turned up and the waitress was surprised that we had not had our starters yet. By then were really annoyed as it was clear our order hadn't even got to the kitchen and they only started cooking it when we asked after it. The food was fine but the waiting ruined the whole lunc...

it is quite a bit exhausting to get there. but it is worth it. the restaurant is great renovated and bright and cozy. but there is nothing about a place "on the fence". great view of the moselbogen and the wine varieties. We just drank, were satisfied. also the service fits, you just have to accept it correctly Réservez une table maintenant

we wae to the foot, the way there, through the weinberge high to the castle. Then you pass there, we were there early, to the luck is there the 'bär` los . full of things is not.Leider no pictures, eat and drink first choice.Who go again there.

we had sun, a great view from the terrace and a good-bourgeois eating to make adequate trips. the service unfortunately acts quite stressed, which was quite comprehensible in view of the andrange ....

cafe op een hele mooie locatie. we kwamen om 17uur55 aan. he were nog veel mensen op het terras. mij bed verteld dat ze om precies 18 uur sluiten. we kregen geen consumptie meer.

very modern restaurant - also called balcony by bernkastel -kues - with a wonderful view on bernkastel and the mosel. nice service and good wine.
