We wandered in on a beautiful fall Sunday for brunch. Two years ago it was a small, too-busy diner- it is now a chic, cozy upscale restaurant with surprisingly reasonable prices for truly beautiful food, a cut above. I had the shrimp and grits special- shrimp were grilled in olive oil and Old Bay, on a bed of sinfully saucy light Gouda cheesy grits, just superb. My husband had French Toast, elegantly served with fresh fruit, and the coffee was also flavorful. We didn't have drinks this time but they are available. At noon a talented guitarist/singer enhanced the already pleasant, mellow vibe. The owner stopped to chat with each table and service was attentive and friendly. We will be back.
Wow! Not enough great things to say about Jimmy and his crew at Schultzy’s! We were visiting the area from Ohio and our AirB&B owner suggested we grab lunch here. It was so great, we came back for dinner before we left for home! The oysters are so incredibly fresh, meals were cooked to perfection, but the service was PHENOMENAL! This is a MUST GO!! We love Schultzy's! We go there about once a week and always have a stellar experience. Big time flavors in a small town setting. Very clean, very professional. This is how you run a restaurant. Everything was great, clams in the half shell, lobster roll and to die for seafood fra Diablo! Service was excellent, a definite go to when were in town. Fantastic fresh seafood restaurant in the Village of Bayville. It's vibrant and lively, but the space is small, which can make it feel a bit crowded. Vegetarian options are available, but they are somewhat limited. Service was good. I dined there for dinner, and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50.
