Schutzengarten am Tiefenbach

Die Speisen und der Service waren wie immer ausgezeichnet. Im Hintergrund lief gute und nicht aufdringliche Musik, in angenehmer Lautstärke. Die Chefin stand alleine hinterm Herd und wurde von einer Bedienung unterstützt. Getrunken habe ich einen ausgezeichneten Zweigelt von Sepp Moser, aus dem benachbarten Österreich. Dazu einen vegetarischen Burger mit Kartoffelecken und Salat.Im Schützengarten bei Julia gibt es eine Besonderheit: nämlich die Ware.Fleisch gibt es ausnahmslos von der Dießener Metzgerei Riess, Obst und Gemüse von der Dießener Gärtnerei Niedermeier und Geflügel vom Geflügelhof Fischer aus Hohenfurch.Eines der besten Lokale in der Gegend, wenn man mal etwas anderes Essen will wie Schnitzel, etc...

The dishes and the service were as always excellent. In the background, good and non-exciting music ran in pleasant volume. The boss stood behind the stove alone and was supported by an operation. I drank an excellent branch of Sepp Moser, from neighbouring Austria. A vegetarian burger with potato corners and salad. There is a special feature in the Schützengarten near Julia: the goods. Meat is without exception from the Dießener Metzgerei Riess, fruit and vegetables from the Dießener Fertnerei Niedermeier and poultry from the poultry farm Fischer from Hohenfurch. One of the best places in the area, if you want some other food like Schnitzel, etc...

Ich bin sehr gerne hier. Tolle Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen und super nette Bedienung. Es gibt auch immer leckeres veganes und vegetarisches im Angebot, was am Land leider noch immer oft nicht selbstverständlich ist (abgesehen von Pommes und Salat).

I love being here. Great atmosphere, delicious food and super nice service. There are also always delicious vegans and vegetarians on offer, which unfortunately is still often not self-evident in the country (apart from Pommes and Salat).

Mega good cattle steak and very nice ambience on the terrace. Today the 1st day is here and tomorrow the selection of food is so versatile.
