The location of the hotel is great, the staff friendly. However, the beds are extremely unfavorable and unstable, they are constantly slipping apart so as to have as a few actually only the option to sleep on one half. The wellness area is okay, the water only to plan but too cold, at least in winter. After a long day of hiking in the region in summer, this could look quite different. Very nice clean hotel, the rooms are top clean, wellness area very nicely furnished, the staff is very friendly,es are fulfilling all desires,the breakfast is diverse and tasty, Ms. Bootsch was always friendly and had always looked at all that was there, let alone the dinner that was really five stars, since few people were there we had two waiters, julle and the Luca, that are the nicest waiters we have met until now.
