C'est la troisième génération qui s'occupe de cette ancienne ferme ,qui s'est étendue avec la construction de chambres d'hotes Franck9249 a raison il n'y a pas de vrais plats typiques mais une atmosphère familiale, une grande gentillesse et des p^lats servis avec générosité. A noter qu'en Juin 2016 on ne peut pas venir ni déjeuner ni dîner seuls les pensionnaires ont accès à cause des travaux de rénovation.
We've walked and driven past the Grüner Baum innumerable times over the years but had never dropped in. What a mistake!This is a lovely Gasthaus tucked away in a tiny village between Lenzkirch and Altglasshütten. The menu and ambience are typical Schwarzwälder, the food we had (trout) wonderfully fresh, the salads delicious and the staff and management delightful. Well worth a try.
This is one of the best family run restaurants in the lenzkirch area on a par with the Loeffelschiede and Blueme restaurants although the evening meals are very traditional black forest fare - it should have a michelin star. I go there at least twice a week whenI am in lenzkirch.
Wir waren zum Mittagessen hier, begleitet von 4 Hunden. Kein Problem im Aussenbereich. Die Speisen waren gut und reichlich, und das Salatbuffet frisch. Eine aufmerksame Bedienung durch die Wirtin machte Freude. Hier kehren wieder ein, und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf. Réservez une table maintenant
Das Restaurant hat seit 1.5.2016 geschlossen und wird in ein Meditationszentrum umgewandelt. Schade. Wir waren vor 41 Jahren erstmals hier und es hat uns in großen Abständen immer geschmeckt.
