Hoyer Gastronomy is located in Brauhaus Schweiger in Markt Schwaben near the town hall. From the outside it is a very appealing building in the style of an old brewery restaurant, but modern with large windows. Inside everything is very cozy, wood and “antiquities” decorate the place. In summer you can also sit outside. Unfortunately, the beer garden borders directly on the main street Markt Schwabens. The friendly 4 stars are mainly for beer. The food is OK. Special requests (such as gluten-free) are not like to be seen in the kitchen designed for mass. It takes a customer-oriented operation that fights for it. Everything had, but rather rare. In summer, the paths for operation seem very long. The running race is unfortunately transferred to customer contact. Better organization and technology could help. At the point of atmosphere and customer orientation, the silence still has potential up.

Ein wunderbarer Abend in einem angenehmen Ambiente. Der Service war schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Burger, die absolut empfehlenswert sind. Und die Getränkeauswahl lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden gerne wieder einmal zum Essen kommen.

The brewhouse is a typical Bavarian restaurant with beer garden and beautiful dark interior. The food is very good and delicious. Unfortunately, the services are sometimes a little rough and not so friendly.
