I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Schyn again last night, and it never fails to impress me! Nestled in the charming village of Lain, near Lenzerheide, this gem of a restaurant combines incredible food with warm, homely hospitality in a cozy setting. The Capuns and Cordon Bleu are absolute must-tries—beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and simply superb!
