on 5th januar 2015 I was happy enough to stumble with some friends about the device scoops gelato southampton. to my joy, when entering into the load we were put under pressure by a coworker (the charming karina) to try all the aromes behind the theke. as milk products as it is. we accepted it. I will now list my highlights and regret tasting. we decided to start in the upper right corner of the counter that was on this particular day. I was in Scoops this afternoon with my Friend and my 10 month old little Boy and we all had a wonderful time. Whilst I was in the toilet my friend got chatting to who must have been the Manager, as he was offering the children in there Lollipops and asked if my Son was old enough to have one and after that they got chatting about Scoops in general etc and by the time I returned their conversation was coming to an end, but we were both offered complimentary drinks Which was lovely! I brought 11 children here today for my daughter's 6th birthday. The two women working this morning were fantastic. They decorated the table with balloons and frozen tablecloths, and provided frozen cups with bottles of squash and napkins for all the kids. They were willing to customize the breakfast menu for us and accommodate any special requests. Overall, it was a really wonderful experience. Kudos to Scoops for a job well done!
Today, our first time was scoops, as we usually always went to sprinkles. we tried a pfeife here because sprinkles were closed for a refit. I can only say that I have never received such a nice service. politically, well talented and helpful staff meant that nothing we asked was too much annoyed. we will definitely scoops as our go in gelato restaurant for the foreseeable future. eating here was an absolute pleasure.

thanks to bilal and the great staff at scoops. a great birthday party. for unpredictable reasons, my daughter party was canceled at another place in the last minute. bilal and scoops appeared with literally a few hours and drew an extremely fabulous birthday party. can not recommend it enough. I will be grateful forever
very good ice creams and waffel for a very good price. friendly staff and many comfortable seats with good private sphere from the next table, not as in other icebox. but to make it even better to have child-friendly portions (I.e a little less on the plate.) go back!
Breakfast very well priced and lovely! We were the only ones in there for about an hour though which was very suprising! Not sure why Sprinkles get all the custom Scoops is just as good!
Has been in Bitterne for years, and is basically full of odds and ends, such as cards, stationery, toys, sweets, batteries and so on.

The ice cream was delicious, and the seating area at the back of the restaurant was also very impressive.
So much better then sprinkles bigger generous portions and soooo tasty staff are always lovely
