I chose Sea Bar for breakfast as it was easy to get a table and the place looked inviting. The waitress who greeted me was happy and smiling as I walked in. She immediately brought the menu and a bottle of water to the table when I sat down. The breakfast choices were typical and many !! I chose a vegetarian omelette with gluten free toast on the side and a coffee. The coffee arrived and was great, hot with a good coffee flavour - worth coming here just for that. If you're going to only have two waiting staff, make sure they're the most attentive, detail orientated, fast paced people you could hire. Especially for such a busy cafe in such a busy beach area. Second, I asked for smashed avocado, if you are not able to do it, then just say you can't, i'll live. I was here during the 9pm New Years Eve celebrations and cannot commend the owner and staff here enough for their service and goodwill to everyone. On a night when they were incredibly busy I felt like the only customer receiving 100% attentiveness. My waitress Helena was very patient and with everyone and provided outstanding service. Our meal was outstanding and served hot! I personally witnessed the owner Peter show humanity to families with young people offering them a place to sit and watch the fireworks even though they were not customers and did not order anything. I will be back because of this outstanding service I received. Well done and thank you!
We were a large group of seven for lunch.The outside tables were full but we got a table inside which was pleasant and cool as it was hot outside.My group ordered fish and chips, an Aussie Burger, frenchs toast, poached eggs on toast and calamari.Overall the meals were very tasty, the younger kids loved the french toast and wolfed it down.The meal servings were very generous so good value for money.The service was great especially considering it was Good Friday.

What a perfect morning - brilliant sunrise observed from our table at the Sea Bar, just across the road from the beach. Some early morning beach activities beforehand then a healthy breakfast - fresh fruit & yoghurt, the bircher muesli the best my wife has ever had. Cheerful staff for that time of the day. Couldn't think of a better way to start the day.
Great food but very over priced 6.50 for an orange juice... we then got a huge surcharge but didn't get told about it... and the limit on card was $30.00 which is a lot when most meals were $20. I really think they need to re value there pricing of the cafe.
Nice view friendly owner maybe new. The waitress was lovely and the food was fresh we had garlic bread chips salt n pepper squid and garlic prawns. I had a glass of Chardonnay which was lovely. Coffee also very good. ????❤
Nice enough food, and there is always space for some reason. I think the owner could do with cheering up a bit. The food is always tasty and reasonably priced, I just wish that these places offered a little more variety.

Friendly staff, great sea food menu with a good mix of drinks. Views of beach from most seats both inside and outside. Simple furniture and they do take away.
