What a terrible experience... There was blood on the door handle, and the sink was clogged with either facial hair or pubic hair. I informed the receptionist three times, but nothing was done about it!

I haven't actually been inside, but I've walked past and admired the building. It looks lovely from the outside, especially since it's located right near the Queen Victoria Statue.
