I cannot express the arrogance that the owner of this store has! Who is he yelling at his customers for asking for the fish in a separate bag due to an allergy? I then gave this store the benefit of the doubt and attempted to go back after being a regular for years... To then have him abuse me on the phone and hanging up in my ear without even giving me a chance to ask how much my order will cost. HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY! In Fact, he should not be allowed to work with people at all. Absolute disgrace, I would much rather pay a higher price somewhere else than provide him with my business. Nice clean shop, not a fine dining restaurant, but quality is worth the buck, potato cakes, fish and chips, very good. Burgers are good too, if in the area and need a good feed, this is one of the places.

The place has new owners. They have refined the shop, updated the menu and the quality of takeaways is great. Added friendly staff as well to make it now a great place for food. Thanks

Clean fresh quality fish n chips and they always throw in extra freebies.Good service.Can sit inside and eat.can watch tv while you wait.
