food is great, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. but you have a different server for everything they bring out. someone takes your order, then a different server brings drinks, another brings out the food last time i was there i had to go up to the bar and ask for the bill after waiting 20 minutes. this is annoying when you finish a drink then have to flag someone down to order a new one. restaurant is not that big should be able to see someone sat at a table with empty glasses. also coasters would be amazing as the table is always soaking due to ice or cold drinks. also feel like the specialty steaks need updating its been the same for a while and as nice as they are would be nice to try...
Ordered a takeaway Sunday lunch from Seagers in Gorseinon and it did not disappoint! I called 20 minutes ahead and it was ready when I walked in the door. Turkey was moist, roast potatoes and parsnip crispy. Cauliflower, peas, carrots cooked to perfection obviously fresh and a generous portion. Swede was buttery with a hint of pepper and the gravy……. well, this should be bottled and sold to accompany every meal. It was amazing. So nice to see consistent quality. It’s been a while since I visited but it certainly reminded me of what I’ve been missing.
Went for lunch as sister restaurant Bryngwyn was closed, won't be going back, it was over priced the menu has really changed, we have been customers for years, meals have got smaller, not much choice to the menu, no veg on offer, the combo meals have gone they were the best thing at the restaurant, they've changed the coleslaw, no peas with your meal, your plate looks empty when it arrives, chips were too crispy not as nice as they used to be, was very disappointed.
My recent visit to Seagers No 1 High Street was a fantastic experience. It was my first time dining out since finding out I have a gluten intolerance. Tyler, the duty manager, was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu and the staff were very professional. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend going there and enjoying yourselves, just as we did. Thank you, Tyler. We'll see you next time.

Excellent service and great selection on the menu, we were seated quickly without reservation by friendly staff. Our order was quickly delivered with drinks and although we decided to forego starters in favour of side dishes, our food didn’t take long. Beautifully presented and deliciously cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our first meal here. We will definitely return! The staff are very friendly and professional.
Yet again a fantastic meal at Seagers Gorseinon. The staff are so attentive and the restaurant is airy and spacious. I have the fillet medallions which were cooked just the way I like them. My partner chose his steak from the ageing room and had a Tomahawk steak which he said was the best he had ever tasted! Cannot fault this restaurant, everything is first class, would recommend to anyone. Thank you
The food and service were great at this restaurant. However, the two courses and two glasses of wine came to £50, which was quite pricey. Just came back from Portugal where a similar meal with much better wine cost less than £50 for two people.
The steaks are great! Great pieces of meat, perfectly done! The service is also very good! It’s a bit more expensive compared to the average pub but certainly less expensive than other steakhouses and brasserie restaurants over the greater are!

The fillet steak at this restaurant was absolutely amazing, one of the best I've ever tasted. The side of vegetables was cooked perfectly as well. The service was fantastic and fast. We will definitely be coming back here.
I wasn't allowed to come here in my previous relationship but that's old news so here I am. Good food great friendly staff who were attentive but not overly attentive so a pleasant experience. We will be back.
