Super fun giant rectangular bar shaped restaurant where you sit on stools around the perimeter, and watch the sushi chefs work. Food and seaweed hand rolls are delish!!! Fish is super fresh. The salmon with smoked cavier is a really special experience as they smoke it under a glass lid then open it up in front of you.. the smell of smoky fire is amazing and the food is even better.. Amazing service. The music is loud almost like you were in a night club, so if you don't like noise it may be a little too boisterous, but once we settled in we adjusted and even started bopping to the beat in our seats.
I absolutely adore seaweed it’s undeniably one of my favorite local sushi spots. Every visit is always great and every visit is always a delightful experience with the sushi quality always being really good. The service is always exceptional as well. Everyone from Chec Jesse and Chef Sargis never failed to create delicious dishes.  The entire staff from the servers to the shafts, exude warmth and friendliness. The ambience at Seaweed is always spot on the music is always great and welcoming. Staff makes you feel right at home. Totally recommend this place.
largest selection of fresh sushi that I have seen in a past. from shashimi to nigiri to robatayaki all wonderful. the only disappointed moment was said they had no uni. we will be back to glendale despite the auto hour from whittier!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. The food was incredible, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. I will definitely be returning!
