Sebastian's Bistro

Wow. This may be the most underappreciated dining experience on Disney property. The food is outstanding, but the service is even better. Chef David catered to the dietary requirements of our group, and did so with impeccable table side manner. He asked the right questions, was very thorough, and came back to ensure that the meal was to our liking. The food was outstanding; easily the best meal we ate all week. I would have happily paid the cost of the meal at a restaurant off property, which isn't necessarily a fair comparison to make with most Disney dining but it is a statement of what an incredible experience this restaurant offers. We had NO idea what we were doing for food this trip, and we took a last minute chance on Sebastians. What a great place. The bread service was so good. Our server Giovanni was so busy but kept up with our table wonderfully, explained the menu and style. For a resort restaurant, amazing. We also got seated pretty quickly and didn't have a reservation. If you find yourself at Pop,Art of Animation or Caribbean Beach, definitely try Sebastians.

The restaurant is cute, but the service was poor and the food was not good. The pork, chicken and fish were under seasoned. The sides were the best part of the meal. And both myself and the person I was with got sick afterwards. Food poisoning on a Disney vacation is unacceptable, and we lost a full day with limitations for the rest of the trip because of it.

Food was okay, pulled pork was good taste moist. $42 per adult I would told anyone head over to whispering canyon as they have way more food options for ayce.

Excellent meal! Service was great, good was delightful, one of the best meals we've had at Disney. Will definitely return!
