Oje oje…wir waren heute in der schönen Seebadi…und freuten uns auf einen Znacht auf der Terrasse…die Tische waren schmutzig…no problem, wir packten uns Lumpen und Reinigungsmittel aus der nicht betriebenen Bartheke, da das Personal hinter der Haupttheke mit grossem Ansturm zu kämpfen hatte…wir standen an der Reihe an…nach längerem Warten bestellten wir. Dies dauerte gefühlte 10 Minuten. Der freundliche Herr an der Kasse schien vor 15 Minuten eine Gastrokasse entdeckt zu haben…wir warteten mit dem Piiipsgerät am Tisch….das Essen war bereit; 1x Flammkuchen 17. , 1x Minipommes 7. , 2x Minifischknusperli mit Minigrünersalat 52. , 2x Aperol Spritz 24. ; das wären dann 100. …und danach?…dann kam n...
Went last Sunday for a day by the lake. It was a great visit, we arrived early at 10 and it was pretty quiet. The staff was friendly and offered the coffee despite the issues with our cards. Then we also got some lunch we tried the fried fish with salad plate, it was great and good portion. There is no real beach there but there is direct access to the lake, some grass to sit around and the nice cafe area which feels like being on a boat. Would come back if around Zollikon, for sure!
A more quite and less crowded place to go swim on the Zürich lake. Cosy and beautiful. Good facilities with toilets and showers.The restaurant serves good coffee with Oatly milk. The food is however very basic and the Flammkuchen we had were just OK. That's unfortunate as making delicious Flammkuchen is so easy! We had the Classic and Salmon.
